Depends. If you're 1 defence, and don't really PK, then 77 prayer and both aug/rig for p2p trips. Not to mention 77 pray lasts longer in f2p :P If you dont pk regularly, i wouldn't recommend it. It's really for pvp where your combat doesnt effect the battle. Example: Mini wars, P2P trips (multi), All clw events. goodluck on what ever you choose

Depends, 80 attack obv only if u got chaotics, 75 attack if you wanna ags prod, 60 attack if you wanna vs pures instead of mains.
