**** everything everyone else said because I didn't read any of it. Get 40 attack, like 70 str, 70 mage, 70 ranged then just quest your account to the fullest that you want before getting anymore levels. Trust me, getting all the quests done before everything else makes it so much easier. then you can just bot your acc up big time. EDIT: Join EOP afterward.
