    Negative. Was times when FI where in charge, then FOE for a long time, then EOP for a long time, then MM for a long time then back to FOE / EOP etc etc etc, it is nowhere near a 3 year long ownage fest in pure clanning, it just doesn't happen.. the word consistent here is non existent
