they let anyone with 29 or below defence join as long as they have no bonus's for it and have the stats and bank to make up for it.

it is very rare we will allow anybody with defence like that, however we have some people like tht in our clan due to being hacked etc so we just put it there for good measure.

 

The majority if not all of our apps are 1-10 def with some 20. Rare case we even have to look at or think about 25 or above def.
