Also another thing is that the officials in these clans aren't committed enough becuz simply they open the clans when they have time to do so, but when something comes up irl which it usually does, problems arise and the clan closes.

The real problem is that they all keep reopening with the same leaders, and if any of them were actually at all capable their clans wouln't have closed to begin with.

 

This is a really good point, hadn't really thought bout it until you said it,

hopefully this changes in the future.

Real LPC's Died Around Omnicide and Conspiracy Days.. There Were Alot more Clans to Compete with Like Ravage VD AC And a Few other Clans that Lasted a Few weeks. Without Competition How Are you Going to be A stable Clan.. People Get Bored.

When I was playing RS more (before uni etc) I discussed with a few friends about how easy it would actually be to create a new era of low level clanning more along the lines of the olden 07 (which i still believe was the most successful and competitve era in low level clanning) clans such as The Dreaded, TGG and Epidemic and then even further down the metaphorical food chain such as, and forgive my lack of knowledge if im wrong, Animosity, Future Ownage, et cetera.

 

The low level clan world isn't "dead", its simply in hibernation and I'm sure there will eventually be a Resurgence (anyone see what i did there?) in low level clans that are actually low level, competitive, and not simply poo'er versions of already existing clans who rely on the term "low level clan" to cover up the incompetence of the staff. I've been tempted several times to put effort into proving myself right, but never really got round to it. Personally, its a shame life decided to become important, because Id probably have alot of fun experimenting. oh well, who knows what the future holds..
