He's really good with sigs, and I'm pretty sure he made some nice cartoons back in the day.

Live give me a second to find my recent WIP banner - it's going to be more detailed than your average cartoon signature, but it will give some details as to what I can do.

Here's a basic cartoon signature - obviously not the best but I whipped it up in like 45-60 minutes lol...

If you're still interested, Devil Johnny does them on MM forums again for 15m+. Amazing work though.
