FI got mad at EOP because they just got cleared in 5 seconds.

FI ranks then spam a bit in #fatality to say "#clan-eop and spam BLAH BLAH BLAH"

EOP then +i's and chanbans fatality to prevent the irc idiots from entering and spamming.

This minimizes spam, and makes it easier to ban trolls.
