Duel arena glitch GUIDE!

I'm currently:

 

44 Attack (Wanted to quest to 60 but not sure now)

90 Str

1 Def

90 Range

86 HP

11 Pray

1 Mage

66 Combat

 

I'm going to defo get 94 Mage which won't disrupt my combat level.

 

I'm defo getting 99 Str & 99 Range which will give me 73 Combat,

I can get 50 Attack which will keep me on 73 Combat,

 

Should i get 60 Attack which will get me 76 Combat? Then 45 Pray which'll get me to 80 Combat?
