lol'd , Governments control charity since they have the majority of money and the billionaires.

I thought at one point the 'sponser a child' charity took 70-80% of the donations, L

Probably a rumour, but pretty dodgy,

DONT BUY - dell (overheats and crashes randomly, i have one), Sony (there made waay to cheap), Hp / toshi seem good. Recommended by a few others here.

Look for warehouse clearances... just check the specs and dont buy second hand.

You can get lappys for like $400 that arnt even bad IMO.

Quick guide for laptops.

Don't buy alienware (ricer ****, too expensive, u pay for the name - Also, these are dell laptops, so u can get a dell instead for a cheaper price)

mac (unless ur willing to pay 2x more, good quality and customer support)

Don't buy HP, hardware issues (motherboard most likely). most hp laptops die on you the first year if u wanna play with it. Of course there are exceptions, but i wouldnt take the risk. Ive seen several hp laptops die already

Dells are fairly cheap and long lasting, altho they have some of that ricer **** on you can get rid of it anyways.

Asus make good laptops. fairly good quality. no complaints

Lenovo is maybe a bit more expensive, but also long-life laptops

Msi laptops are cheap but tend to overheat

acers are meh tier, not too bad not too good
