Cards, Eagles Complete Kolb Trade

John Clayton/ESPN.com - The Cardinals have completed a trade with the Eagles to acquire quarterback Kevin Kolb, according to sources.

 

Kolb will get a new contract extension of five years for $63 million, with a little more than $22 million guaranteed.

 

The new deal puts him under contract for six seasons.

 

Philadelphia will receive cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and a second-round pick.

Eagles really didn't loose anyone but got a nice draft pick and Dominique not even bad.

well looks good for the cards. they got kurt warner and went to the superbowl. maybe they can repeat that. since as soon as warner left, they had a pretty bad record. maybe the only thing they are missing is a good QB

Kolb has high potential on being a first string QB and has a deadly threat with Fitz. If Kolb makes things right they would have a successful season. Aaron Rodgers #2 lol.
