I dont think low lvl clans REALY exist anymore, to me a "low level clan" is just a clan that has recently opened and cant pk with the likes of DP,Foe,MM and other med clans so they have to pk with other clans in this "low level clan" situation. In other words, low lvl clans are n00b clans. A true low level clan would have a combat cap, i think Ascendancy has a cb cap.
