What are you talking about? How would I get your IP? And any website you visit can get your IP. The admins here can see your IP anytime they want. It's not a scam.

http://www.zedge.net/ This is by far the best website for free ringtones and wallpapers for your phone. This website is safe (this is the only way I've done it) if you download them to your computer and then send them via email to your phone. It's free (standard messaging rates apply, etc) and they have great stuff for your phone.
