So I am currently 4 defense with 283 def exp. I want to get 10 def for slayer helm and combat robes and **** since I don't pk and only play for my clan. Is there any specific quest I should do to get to exactly 10? No I won't do Nature Spirit as I don't want 14 def.

What Solo said, clan not slumping until the ranks leading the clan thinks they're in a slump. Who the fúck knows a clan better than its own ranks? But what if the ranks are so washed up in other ranks propaganda that they too believe they are doing fine? Would it be the positive attitude of the ranks that would keep a clan from achieving slump status?
