The problem with all these 30 defence topics is that they fantasise about some perfect wonderland where everyone accepts everything and live happily and compete nicely. I pretty much share your views on the topic, but this wonderland will not come about as long as clans don't start cooperating and looking at the community as a whole and not just themselves and that's something I just don't see happening. For all I care people could start accepting 99 defence in their clans, but what I'd like to see is them setting a certain set of rules with the other clan leaders that all can agree to, which would eliminate the abuse of this gigantic advantage.

If only people would be this enthusiastic about other bills, it could restore some faith in democracy.
