IMO, if botting persists at such extreme levels (over 1k people in a world and an hour after an update there are 300...) Jagex might go back to extreme measures such as limiting free trade. I know that there was the referendum and whatnot, but it's getting out of control. Then again, on the other hand, many people buy p2p to bot cash and stats, so Jagex might be cool with this while their sales aren't decreasing. But yeah, the problems started when downloading a bot became a single-click process. Botting affected the community by taking a lot of fun away from playing runescape, resulting in the ever increasing inactivity of legit players. Even PKing is ruined. 4 rushers per legit pker isn't normal.

I really hope all of the great clans everyone loves don't reopen. It's just going to be a total letdown. Let them R.I.P. and their legacy will live on, while if you re-open it is highly unlikely you will ever achieve the previous glory. And overall I don't think many if any clans will re-open. During the last two weeks around 5 new clans have come about and if this trend continues, then we will soon have a clan per 5 people. What I'm trying to say is that this is a bad time to re-open and IMO so will be the rest of the summer.

We do not have an alliance with anyone really, but we are on good terms with Malice. They are the clan you want to fight because you know you will get some good clean fun and even if you lose, you willl most likely leave the battlefield with a smile. Used to be really friendly with Ct, but idk what happened. Just went our separate ways I suppose.

I remeber myself as a low level I was killing goblins for money and was reaaaaly hoping for an armour piece to appear in the general store and I would buy it straight away. I also remeber paying someone 100gp to tell me how to train defence. Clanning-wise, umm LEP vs Penguin pkers (or pink penguins or something of the sorts), was fairly fun, those were some of the first fights of my clanning experience.

I guess it's partially for the prestige. I have a level 52 with 84 dungeoneering. Otherwise it's for the challenge. 1 def, 31 pray and 160 quest points. But in the end it's mainly for clanning. 20 def, 60 atk pure.
