I go through 200 tabs a week atleast. I just dont see why 'honor' clans flame nh clans when every clan besides tlp/mm has members that tele.

 

Both TLP and MM have members that teleport.

 

In MM we have a system where if evidence is presented to prove that you teleported, you're kicked from the clan. Once you spend at least a month PKing by our honor rules, you're eligible to reapply. If you screw up again, you'll be kicked again and chances are you won't get another opportunity to be a member.

lol, finally 30+ def accounts to be recognized for what they are (mains). Sounds like a fun event. Being that teams only consist of 2 players, I'm guessing this could be a massive tournament

This is the reason for how the 15% rule works:

 

Clan A and Clan B both have a memberlist of 50.

 

Clan A wants to declare on Clan B. Clan A, knowing of it's own intention to declare, stacks its own memberlist. Let's say from 50 to 80. Clan A then immediately declares on Clan B, which locks Clan B's memberlist. Since Clan B was not aware it was going to be declared on, it is kept to the 15% rule and can only move up to a 58 memberlist, whereas Clan A can go even higher, to a 92 memberlist.

 

Because of the simple fact that there is no way to prevent memberlist stacking BEFORE a declaration, the only fair thing to do is allow the defending clan to be able to stack it's own memberlist as well after the declaration. That is the "loophole" of the in-between time between declaration and accepting.

Or you can cut the middle man, remove the pointless rule, allow clans to add any members they want to their ML (which they are doing anyways), and have ML lock a day or 2 before the war.

I've gone over this so many times I don't understand why this is hard for PCR managers to understand. 48 hour rule or not, loophole or not, both clans are going to have the ML they want without your restrictions. You seriously just need to give it up. You're hanging on to nothing here

The funniest part of the whole situation is some clans accept mithril but think they're a "pure" clan and laugh at clans who accept adamant as if they're any better.

Pure Warfare does not regulate fullouts. You can fullout any clan anywhere you want (wild/safe/dangerous) and using any rules you want. Just because there's a list doesn't mean we have to use it

Looks useful, I'd probably participate if this gets active and my clanmates are unavailable.
