It's because its not just EOP though. If they ban EOP they'll have to ban CP and IR aswell. God forbid Karl loses activity on these morbid forums. so why not start by banning the most blatant offenders ? EOP and set some precedent. That way if CP and IR continue to do it they can become banned also. If mod's are afraid of losing "PW Activity" I can tell you clans that ddos/hack don't add anything positive to this community to begin with.

No they arent for the most part, there is minor ddosing during raids and stuff but thats it. Even the main community doesn't have this degree of extremity in regards to hacking/ddosing damn, I think it's a maturity thing too. Hacking forums or brute force attacks go on all the time for pures

It is so small now that a drastic change like your suggestion would probably result in one of the following 1. Making of a new community site 1-39 def 2. Many kids would just quit 3. All of us would probably get 40 def Yeah, the TIME issue is really what would plague a lot of clan members . . . but at the same time you'd reconnect with how much fun this game was when clans had level 70's and 80's in them (it was AWESOME) lol. 6 months isn't a lot of time to get members to go from 30 def to a brand new account but idk unless Jagex allows def roll backs I don't know any other options.
