The human race went too far, too long ago. We're no better than a virus feeding off the Earths resources untill it's deprived and dies along with us. The main reason for this is human overpopulation, the main reason for most of the worlds biggest problems is infact overpopulation.

It's all about who you know nowadays. It gets alot easier once you get experienced in a company. My advice would be too not move around too much (in terms of workplace) also for your work experience choose something related to what you want to do if you're older. If you're reading this and you're already at university/college than I advise doing something which allows you to go into the workplace. Such as a 4 year university course with the last year being work. This will often result in you getting offered a place at whatever place you went to during your studies. Even after university you can go into 'pupilage' in law. Which introduces you to a firm and lets you work under an experienced barrister. This is a good chance to make friends in high places/meet clients.

Like all philosphical questions, it's often not either. It all depends on the case at hand. For example if a person was murdered and there was another person found with him at that specific time/date. He/she should be detained untill further evidence is aquired. However if they suspect his girlfriend killed him out of spite after he broke up with her, however she wasn't anywhere at the scene of the crime and lets say it was a knife which killed him. They shouldn't be able to detain her on just mere suspicon. These are just examples, in real life the situation is usually much more complicated.

Making one side-affected drug legal will make more people try it. Once they have tried it and see that it's okay they will move on to one of the more dangerous substances. Illegal.

Personally, I'm a theist I believe in one god and also heaven and hell. I was raised muslim however my beliefs are much more spread out. I believe that most the major religous groups in the world are talking about the same God. I believe in Heaven and Hell but don't think there are a SET of exact rules that you have to follow to get in through those 'Gates'. It's too complicated too put it all in here but for e.g would a person who didn't know anything about God but lived a good life be allowed to go into heaven? Given that he didn't worship, or recognize him/her/it. Or would a person who believed in a God but was of Jewish faith would he than be allowed to go into 'Heaven' from a Christians mind of view? These are all controversal questions. With people from all relgions having different views. The fact is that it's 'Nicer' to believe in life after death. Even if there isn't a life after death. So what? You have lived your life doing something good, whatever your religon told you to do which is usually along the lines of something good such as 'Thou shall not murder' or 'Thou shall not steal' they are all morally good things. If there's a life after death you will be covered. If there isn't well than you haven't lost anything? You have just lived your life in a socially acceptable way. YOU CAN BE RELIGOUS WITHOUT PRACTICING. BELIEF IS ENOUGH!
