  1. If you guys haven't already heard about the Batman murderer who dressed up as the joker and killed/injured over 40+ innocent people including a baby. He was white and a "top medical school student" who was just made out to be troubled so this picture really spits the truth about today's society and attitude towards a MURDERER who to this day still is SUSPECT to killing these people
  2. The Kanker Sisters from Ed Edd n Eddy They lived in a trailer They had one mom and 3 different dads They are tomboys They tied the Eds + Kevin to a tire The way they dress They essentially rape molest and kidnap the Edds They used plank as a backscratcher Lol I never caught on to how white trash they were but it's pretty funny and the blue hair'd one was hot.

    Save Pures

    haha this is awesome :-]
  7. I don't know what a nicely strung together and polished edit of a nostalgic video will really do for the community as a whole. Don't get me wrong I use to love Runescape as much as the next guy but seriously there is not much else we can do. This is why I quit and am probably not going to come back. Jagex doesn't listen to their players and their game is overflowing with flaws and a dissatisfied member-base. Remember, it took jagex four years to listen to our free trade riots and do something. Sorry but these videos won't bring back the past, if you are that interested in the 06-07 era of gaming, 06scape is for you, simple.
  8. Should I start a new pure? I have enough IRL money to buy like 250M off a GP site since RSGP is kinda crashing due to freaking out over the beta. I know pures are going extinct in September which is why I was contemplating enjoying the game for what it is.. I have A LOT of free time on my hands for this past month I could RS binge for hours if I really wanted to. Or should I just save my money for the 06scape beta when it comes out? thoughts?
  9. I've long quit but this game in a way still 'interests me',(pure clanning, drama, updates, players, etc.). I recently reflected on what time I most thoroughly enjoyed this game to a point where I was actually able to play it for hours on end and enjoy myself. My personal favorite time was when I started playing again after I had quit after the wild nuke in October 2009. I had got into it because I met some IRL friends that played it and they got me hooked. Personally, I enjoyed this era and miss the PvP worlds, designated PK/BH worlds and introduction of the Dungeoneering skill . 09-10 was my personal favorite era. I had missed the 06-Late 07 era of course but when that was long gone it was not hard to accept the hardships that came upon losing FT+ Classic Wilderness. I loved making pures for PvP worlds and I loved everyone in the Vbank or GE watching your fights while they alch. I loved hunting clans in PvP worlds and EPers near the Chin area. I remember when I first made a pure and got 85 Mage to TB which was extremely deadly in the BH worlds. Pure Clanning was also awesome during this 2 years. I felt like in this era skills were much more of an accomplishment because you had to work for your money rather than just doing RWT and getting 500M in 5mins. I touched base on Dungeoneering the day it came out afterschool and also worked on Summoning. When Free Trade/Wildy came back in 2011 it was awesome, I had a maxed SW prod pure something like level 67 CMB with 99str, MG, Rnge and could PK all day with all the new clans. Now Wild as we all know is dead outside of Pure Clanning, the graph updates took away what was left of the authenticity of the game, as well as pointless additions to new tutorials and now...game mechanics. TL:DR, what were your favorite years of Runescape and why?

    Anarchism

I agree although I wouldn't, to an extent classify myself as an anarchist. You mentioned Social Security and Welfare which are institutions that rely in part in our taxes. But don't forget about what our taxes take care of. Good Roads, Clean Air, Good Property. Yeah I think it's ****** up how we're obligated to pay Taxes for things like our property, to me it seems like you never truly own your home when you have to pay taxes on your property for as long as you live there, even after you pay off your mortgage. Income taxes are understandable, as they fun many essential things we need. As for Police/FBI/CIA/ and things like that, I don't think we need a third party to regulate what we do. There are some places where I know Police won't go and crime is low just due to the fact that everyone has their own gun and can take matters into their own hands.
  11. Thanks for the upload you making an obby mauler? That's what I'm making like a Squikward type build.
  12. Still better than current RS. Okay it's not as nostalgic/nooby as we played it in our early teens/single digits but it's still fun and nostalgic and I think it's nice to have a different handle on the game in a recreated prime than we did when we didn't know anything about it when we first started playing in that era.
  13. Sorry if this is considered a repost of any sorts but I just was wondering where clans are actually going to shift with the update in September. It takes a long time and careful preparation to sway a whole clan/community towards a new game. I know most people are going to quit all together and explore into other role playing games, focus on RL, sell their GP/accounts, but where will the remaining community go? Personally, I've played BattleScape and it's not that bad, it's very comparable to 2006-2007 RS with a few tweaks and kinda bad economy. RS2006 was recently hacked so that's going to be delayed, on top of that the beta was only available for donors 5$+ USD anyway. TL;DR; Where are clans seriously going to go. Are you going to adapt to this new combat system or shift to your comfort zone of RS/RSPS gameplay?
  14. I disagree in that I think the Veterans were the foundation of the game. They knew all the mechanics and what to do and were there for new players that needed guidance. They were also the most experience in account builds, questing, etc. A new player today will have a harder time getting used to what an older player had to go through. And that is the absolute minimum they will lose assuming 2% of the pures from a 1 week average player perspective unsubscribe. You're probably right about the loss, but only time will tell how much. I unsubscribed in March, so.
  15. According to a 7 Day Average I calculated for this week, 145, 695, and Mod Mark's 'statistic' that 2% of Runescape's players(not necessarily accounts) [ 2% of 145 695 = 2 913.9 ], 2,914~ X 5.95 Credit Card Membership subscribtion/ month, Jagex will lose~ 17,338$ USD, assuming all pures unsubscribe and have previously payed with a credit card. The yearly loss if these Pures stay unsubscribed will be ~208,059.USD These are rough estimates and there are probably far more than less than 2% of Pures in the game, depending on Mod Mark's vague definition of pure, [1 Def, 1-39 Def, Etc.] It is also unclear whether or not MMG's statistic was based on the total accounts in the game since 2001 (195Mill). This is probably the minimum calculated that they will lose but it is probably bigger than that.
