black chaps have one of the highest soak, and you're saying it wont make a difference. It will make a difference saving 10-30 damage, if it didn't no1 would use recoils or get 90-99 stat for the 30 extra damage.

Shouldn't effect anyone except for mains. Pures vs Pures nothing will happen. If you think about it, you can be old school if you still be a pure and can be 'rare' in the future. It's not that big of a update, you're all over reacting.
