From what i hear, its bascially a 2h'd chaotic crossbow with dragon bolts.

Exactly what it is, but it doesn't give the +15% damage unless you have the full range gear.

Seem's like NEX drops item's fairly often from what i've seen. Just pretty much impossible to do without at LEAST a GOOD 10 man team (maxed ovls turm yak)
