Hey feel free to check out EOP if you want. We have an amazing staff with a great community. We have atleast 2-3 preps every week, daily mini-wars all day long, plus our 3 "big" pk trips on the weekends, f2p friday, f2p saturday, and p2p sunday. We are F2P based, pulling 80ish to F2P and we recently made a big step into P2P aswell, pulling around 60 to P2P trips. Most active pking/warring clan thats out there in my opinion, and our forums/irc/teamspeak is always booming aswell. You should strongly consider EoP, really active in both F2P and P2P, and quite successful in both right now. You seem like the kind of guy that appreciates leadership, organization and community as much as ingame success, and thats just the kind of clanning experience we offer.
