If you accept 30 defence with a hand cannon then it isn't pure you get a handcannon at around 27defence can get it even lower w/ overloads and also the HC is **** also you could get rune gloves at 13defence? so they trained 13-20defence so technically they got 20defence for the defensive items such as initiate, mystic, fally shield 2 etc.
