Don't really feel like skimming through everyone's graphics. Overall though, I'd have to say Fatality's signatures and what not have always caught my eye and Malice's cartoon ones are EPIC

I really like EOP and FOE member boards, they're laid out nicely.

 

As for home pages , I like FOE's . The originality of it gets me every time.
