90 str 90 range 45 prayer possibly nice brid.

Loads of possiblities, 31 prayer 50 attack 90 str g maul rusher.

If you want a f2p based then start over or 1 prayer then just turn this into a rune pure or something with Barrows gloves and Lunars.

Get 50 attack, train range and strength up. Then go pking and do range to gmaul switch ;D

Pure has some great stats. I suggest get 45 or 50 attack and train up pray to 31-44. Good luck with your account for sure I believe its not "ruined".
