I'd recommend #NME as a low level clan they seem the most friendly and active. They seem to have fun members which I've seen whilst being in FOE. I like to hang out in their channel and if I ever leave FOE and have a low level pure I'd definitely join them. This is all depending if you meet the requirements of NME, as I searched up your name and could not find your stats

 

If you do not meet #NME requirements I'd recommend FOE.
