350 xp per trip doing air tiaras

and

455 xp per trip doing earth tiaras

 

fastest xp for f2p, banking for fire runes will take longer slowing down the xp rate

1-50 Will take less than 24 hours with the Free RuneCrafterAIO script from RsBuddy. Just work your way to body runes and do them to 50.
