IRC PROBLEM SOLVED

Hey, as you may well know, SwiftIRC has gone down..

There is a DNS problem with the client which can be EASILY solved.

 

When you try to connect it will give you the following error;

(16:48:55) * Connecting to irc.swiftirc.net (6667)...

(16:49:00) Error connecting to irc.swiftirc.net: Unable to resolve host name. Make sure that you have typed the server address correctly. If the address is correct, this error may indicate a problem with your Internet connection.

(16:49:00) * Trying to reconnect in 10 second(s)

 

When you get to this stage enter;

 

/server 78.159.100.189

 

in your status window/channel. You will then connect as normal.
