ive decided to stop p2p because im barely online, im looking for a clan that doesn't really need me, and is atleast 75%F2P. I'd prefer a clan with not to much adamant, id be useless in fights.

I think Hostility is perfect for you man. We're right around 70-75% f2p, we have little adamant, like 4-5 people. The other majority is mithril and monk robes.
