GB now has an RS ladder, if your not familiar with what GB is, its a competitive online gaming site, they host tournaments and have a competitive seasonal-type ladder style league, its pretty fun.

 

Anyway just register an account and join the runescape ladder, atm its just singles but theyre working on clan rules I think. They have different level caps for 1-20 21-40 41-60 61-80 81-100.
