I'd guess the clans most willing to accept you would be CP/TLP (FI usually ask people with 30 defence to be maxed out).

Not sure if there are any clans that openly accept 31 defence when its with stats like those, no offence intended but you'd need atleast 85 magic and 80 range i'd of thought.

 

As for you guys who keep refering him to clans saying 'I heard eop accept 30 def' for example, just cut it out, it will get you no-where.
