I need a clan, would prefer a pure clan but if thats not allowed then a good rune pure one?

Hmm idk about a pure clan, most pure clans that allow 30 def must have hc or turmoil and 44 pray+

Try asking a EOP rank if they would accept you i doubt it though 30 def w/o Turm or HC, 40 attk 1 prayer too :/

No clan but CP mainly accepts 30 def. If you were maxed out, you might have a chance with MM. You're better of joining CP.
