No one can get hacked by someone have their IP address. In order to get keylogged you need to have gone on a website and downloaded something (whether willingly or not, as there are things called drivebys but I won't go in to that). On another note, it really sucks to be hacked. Did they train Defence or were you already Level 11?

If it's a small change, which would help out a lot and not take long to do, Jagex would consider it more than a full idea for a Quest. As long as they see fit to add the change(s).

Lately I've been hard at work on Pure Warfare's homepage. Trying to make the guides nicer and easier for the Content Developers to update and keep them updated. Two examples of how the Skill Guides from this point on will be made can be seen by looking at the Prayer and Herblore guides. On these guides you will now be given a in depth look in to what the Skill is about, what bonuses there are to training it and how to do so, efficiently. There's also a new tab called "Skill Training Guide" which will tell you the best/cheapest ways to train the skill. Each of the prices are automatically updated daily by parsing the data from Jagex's Grand Exchange database and storing the data locally in our own database. That means it loads quicker for you guys instead of having to grab the data from RuneScape.com all the time. The Herblore guide is still currently in progress as more things are added to the training side of it. Hopefully it will come in useful once it is completed. Now, on to the main point of this topic! Simply means the connection between the client and the server got broken. Basically, they probably have dial up or a really crappy connection.
