Good game of scape, jagex basically ****** up coding that had to do with the Xp, so instead of dealing with the problem like normal people would and not shut the game down just fix it while members play, they decide to just reboot the game or whatever and fix it that way.

There can be really high levels in a low level clan, but the downfall is they wont be able to talk anyone so whats the point? this is why low level clans are strictly around 40-70 combat, but their are low clans with 80s and 90s. like others said, if everyone around you is green, then use a lower account until higher combat members join your clan.
