Things like this wouldn't have to happen if some people could realize that RuneScape is just a game. I've literally had people rage at me because they say they lost 1-2 not 0-3 in a mini-war. Some things are inconsequential and literally not worth getting worked up over. Your clan will not die if the details of your loss or victory are slightly misconstrued.

Someone mentioned to me (and I think we should do this) that the reason honor was such an important thing back in the day was because the PCR list (now the PCR list) was the foundation of pure clan ranking. No-honor acts by a clan resulted in removal from the list - which basically destroyed your clan's image. The threat of that forced clans to at least be cordial to each other.

Perhaps once P2P PCR rolls around, things can start improving.

or how about make it so opts must be confirmed by opposing clan leaders. If not then you edit them out.

This would only work in a perfect world.

The point of this rule is to begin to force clan leaders to screenshot their opts.

Hello all. Lately we've had a rapidly increasing problem with warfare topics. Clans have been complaining to staff that other clans have been lying in their topics. Since there is no way for us as staff to verify things such as starting/ending options, we've decided to remove it from your topics. Thus, I'll introduce our new rule.

Beginning and ending options are not allowed to be listed for a wilderness fight. This includes your clan and the opposing clan.

Numbers cannot be falsified if they cannot be posted. Enjoy.

This rule goes active as of now. Topics posted previous to this moment will not be editted. Topics posted following this moment which list options for a wilderness fight will be editted to remove that "information." If you notice it, report the original post and staff will address it.

Q: So when we win what do we post?

A: You can continue to post your topics as normal. The only thing changing is that you cannot make any description of the size of either side. This includes numbers, "more", "less", "outnumbered", etc.

Q: Can we show our clan's pull?

A: You can do this by posting pictures which contain such information. Pictures including voting hat quotes, mouse hovers, etc, will be allowed.

I'm certain that FaceBook is already developing the features in G+ that people have liked (such as Circles and Sparks), and they've already announced their own video chat.

Honestly, I don't want to have to switch social networks every few years - unfortunately, it's necessary. It seems that the "myspace idiots" who ruin every network are always a little slow on the move. Facebook was great until the myspace idiots found it, and now it's going to trash with all of the "lms" and the stupid spamming "like" pages.

If we all move to G+ now, we'll have some respite from these kids for a few more years.

Am I the only one who has a mental stereotype of Google of them just being a search engine? I can never user their services because my brain always tells me that they're a search engine, and it feels weird.

First, let me formally apologize for the response you got here. I'm going to sift through this topic and warn everyone who deserves one. I'm literally embarassed to see this from my members, and even some staff. Just want you to know that this isn't how we treat guests.

But, to answer your question: no. We do not allow rune clans (or above) to post their war/recruit/etc topic on our forums. You say that a "rune pure" is a "pure" because "pure" is in the name - I disagree. The term "pure" has been misconstrued by the runescape public. There is no "rune pure" or "barrows pure", or anything similar. These are just attempts by high-defense players to sound like the pker group they admire. There are Rune Pkers, Barrows Pkers, etc. But there is only one type of pure.

Naturally, feel free to post on our site and use our guides and forums, but in the clan sense, our resources are reserved for pure clans.
