I'm practically a Runescape vet, not claiming it as a good thing, but I've been around since 2002 and I just recently quit back in August of 2011 under my own circumstances. Has anything really changed around the pure community? Are people still willing to abuse illegal methods in order to gain publicity amongst players in a video game? Is the game even fun to play anymore for all you other long-time players? Just wondering since I'll be scrapping up the money for a new computer in a tidbit over here. Real, honest opinions would be nice.

Even though my dedication towards the clan lacked while WAR was going through some rough times back in late 2010/mid 2011, it always seemed and felt as if I had abandoned my family each and every time I left. Ever since you got a hold of me back when WAR merged into CPR back in late '10, I had always kept a bond with you and Corrupt3d and I wanted nothing but the best for the clan. Of course, not everything can go as planned and in all honesty I regret leaving you guys practically unspoken three times. You've always been quite the pal, Joelio, and I'll always miss the fun times with our boys. I'm sorry I couldn't stay 'till the end. It just breaks my heart to see you guys go and it's hard to come upon seeing your family break up without saying anything. RIP We Are Royalty. It was a damn good run.

I wouldn't necessarily blame the ruining of the game on botting, I mean, sure it did "ruin" some of the old legitimate aspects of Runescape like actually being able to skill for money, but we have all benefited from it in one way or another. If anything truly ruined the game, it's those cocky ass video makers that do nothing but give the community a bad name. Really touches and turns all the newfags that haven't played a lick of Runescape and have watched a 'Mog Time' video or whatever.

Friend Kevin called me up and told me I should try out a game with him back in 4th grade (2003?) Played on and off ever since. I missed the bunny ears drop Jagex had in Easter 2003 by a day. :( I did get a scythe though on an old ass account..
