I feel like LPC are stepping stones for those who are just beginning pures. It does get old seeing two to three new clans open under the same people within a short time span; however, it is ignorant to generalize the whole low level pure community like that. I would enjoy seeing the elite HPC rise again to great numbers but not at the cost of lower level pure communities. -
