well the wolfs in the start doing sometimes damage, and some times jogres/ogres attacking you, so you have a risk to die, so i say bring 1-2 food... depends how u play... if ur very active, about 1 ½ hours dont do anything other than killing aviansies and drinking p pots... for more bars / daggers / limbs
