the MPC scene is actually decent, it's not as unstable as the LPC scene. for more LPC's to open up, leaders who have failed to do so in the first place have to come back and keep trying. more and more LPC's will open up come summer time but until then, it's pretty rare. the LPC scene is just too weak and there isn't enough publicity for them to actually survive and make things interesting. everyone forgets about them in a couple of weeks and they slowly die off due to no actual rivalries.
