I haven't made a thread in a very long time but felt this was something i can talk about since there's more new clans out there As we all know every clan is obviously different, but that's based on the things your clan prioritizes over anything else, those things change over time but its always that one thing you know hasn't changed since your clan has opened It doesn't even have to be the idea itself, it could just be a circumstance that hasn't changed that you curse or are proud of For my clan, the unfortunate circumstance is that it's always been one of the least popular, not many people know about Cp and what it's even done in the 5 years its been around, people dont even know who i am or the people who have lead cp, not that i ever expect people to know But the one idea Cp has been consistent over the years is being a competitor and always trying to keep the pc active by even going into suicidal fights and taking our shots at anyone no matter how outnumbered we would be, its just been more about not giving up on the pure world like other clans did because there's still so much to value beyond the pk trips and wars post what you think, your past clan too if its not open now

it just shows how recycled the pure world is, your clan is pretty much structured on people who've been in 2-4 clans before its like eating your own **** because you barely have any other completely new people to recruit, not that i'd want too many of them in my clan these days

probably just you, ir and cp trash talking in irc lasted for a week because i knew ir wasn't going to do **** even that long, really now 70 people to 30 in 2 weeks? truly pathetic guys if you're going to try to force a rivalry atleast show up on saturdays, don't you dare come into our irc again with that hilarity and know your place next time other then that its been squeeky clean for cp for a long time now and we plan it on being that way unless some trash clan decides to start beef again

i guess i still did play for a while and in that time i dont think it mattered if i was in a clan or not cause if you weren't addicted as hell to it thats a lie i just come by to irc and forums now i dont play the game anymore, not even for ingame events

i've been active as of late you can't really tell me i haven't seen the pure world any worse or better or neither, also if i gave up on cp i would have closed it personally by now or just turned it to a community clan or even a rune pure clan You just have to acknowledge other "low points" in the past too, the only reason it's gotten to "this point" is everyone blowing up the whole situation as if no one has "fun anymore". That's your own clan's problem. If u cant establish a standard of whats fun and whats not then it's not gonna happen Too many dumb metathreads talking like it's all over, i've seen that before back then too, this time it's no different The only "solution" there is, is obviously long-term, we'll see new clans in the future take up the one's that are gone and hope there's a medium of competition that's better than were seeing now The question is, could it ever be the same to us again? Of course not, but will it be something fun for new members? It always is, we can't be selfishly hoping things get fun again because we've already done it millions of times as the veteran guys of the community, so were just going to have to build with those guys and move on, or move on ourselves and leave our clans to do their own thing, I chose to do that with Cp and it's been nothing but great stuff I've gotten some understanding of how things are now, clans aren't as consistent and its just more of a seasonal thing, even mm or foe show some low attendance sometimes, then we see some clans have great months or fall back a little but theres not much to say anymore or complain about anymore, just enjoy what's left of the game because there's still so many ways that don't include the word Saturday to get to it

your discussing things that have been around since rs started, it's no less **** than it was yesterday or the year before, the only reason most people think it sucks its because we've played the game for 6 years and damned if you aren't tired of it by that amount of time anyway i dont know why you're blaming the community, it's been very tame for sure, no top clan list crap around here to bother with yet, clans just doing their regular business on weekends, i don't think there's anything left for a clan to prove just take it easy, that's how cp's always been alive and enjoying everyday and how i've personally lasted this long with my clan i really disagree with the "bad clan community", many clans closed because leaders gave up almost selfishly and some who couldn't play anymore, not because the whole clan as a whole decided it wasn't fun all you can do is encourage new clans to pop up and battle them in things that you do have fun in, like clan wars, sometimes Saturday trips were fun too when i went to one recently, can't set the bar too high you mad man, so was raza whoever was angry they couldn't handle a little crashing here and there, im almost wanting to laugh in pity cause you guys just can't take it easy and make it more than it is and make a huge ass thread about "uniting the clan community" my goodness i swear i did serious **** like that 5 years ago thats just my opinion though

well its called having an "unwritten" rule then, another thing to call it is having some decency to not confuse the other clan whether your charging in or no also its just cheap to after the fight say "LOLOL U CHEATED U CHARGED WHEN WE WERE 2 STEPS AWAY", cmon now are you seriously thinking about claiming auto wins for the sake of what, nothing?

defending clan has all the rights, i remember one time it was zo was leading ir in a miniwar, he was literally 3 steps away from cp's dd and he expected us not to attack? you know how it ended up, and the after convo was funny stuff too i dont see it a disadvantage for the attacker since they have all the time in the world to come in and charge 90% of the time, same with getting pre-calls and what not, then again i remember back then cp would always have a "charge in fast" policy because the other clan would take their damn sweet time

whenever we saw a main clan back then die off, big ones, life just moved on and it wouldn't be different back then or today kids are always ambitious in one way or another so you'd have clans all the time even if its just the # we have now in 10 to me, the people that make up clans now, are 30% off the ones that have closed off
