Can we get some skilling competitions up in this *****? In my opinion the best thing for your organization would be more clan integration. I'm leaving this vague because there are shitloads of ways you could accomplish this and what you do is up to your leadership. Just saying that the more involved you are with clans, the more clans (and there members) will reference you. And then we've all got this positive feedback loop that keeps the pure world alive. Also just general maintenance, there are some clan leaders that haven't visited your site in months.
