There reqs are something like 40+ att with 80strength and 70+ secondary yet there averages are FAT, WAR has potential to just not alot of lvls in CB :s

Really depends how you look at it.

From my point of view, I see potential in all clans but not all of them are going to be able to turn that potential into results.

 

As far as I can see Cp, Eop, and Tlp seem to be turning their potential into something better than just saying they can be good.

 

Cp has taken the applications they gotten to their advantage and if they can keep that up they could become the #1 if they wanted.

Eop is still holding strong in F2P while at the same time getting better in P2P.

Tlp is the same with Eop but getting better in F2P.
