Made on GIMP, hopefully i will get a new computer in the near future so i can download CS5 (since my current PC doesn't have requirements/ couldn't cope with it as it only has 512MB of RAM :/ ) but that aside, i thought i did a pretty decent job on it. If anyone can link me to some more High Quality stocks that are free, that would be appreciated.

 

Note: I've got other versions of these signatures and the original stock on my computer, i'll post them if requested.

Could have done more with first, but I do fuc`king love it. Second one is LQ, text is illegible & colors are bleh.

GIMP ftw, I make all my tags on GIMP. Like Aidan said, Deviantart is good and I also like to use www.planetrenders.net from time to time. Just go to their forums and search around.

Search around GFX forums and you can use their resources. Aidan's suggestion are perfect for it. You've done well using gimp however get Photoshop ASAP. I use to work with gimp and when I got photoshop my work improved a lot because:

1- Photoshop is a much better software and you can experiment more on it

2- More tuts are on Photoshop then Gimp
