You can buy however many slots as you like(up to 300 I believe?) and it costs the same as ventrilo for hosting it.

 

It's MUCH clearer then teamspeak 2 and also better then ventrilo.

 

For member's it's not confusing since all they need to do is download it, install it, and join it for trips.
