Best Strength training in Runescape

There's been a lot of topics about this, but I was wondering, what you guys think are the best combat training spots in the entire game, for any player.

 

Heres what I think

1. Armoured zombies w/full gear and salve e

2. Mighty Banshees?

3. Bandits

I'm gonna go with armored zombies, that's where I got 99 attack at.

Armoured Zombies are probably the best.

 

Mighty banshees however give profit as well as decent exp.

Money guards aren't bad if you're a main. I only enjoyed them because I was always trying to max with my dh.

best exp is actually probably dharoking those monkeys, turmoil and extremes is apparently like 150k/hr

I got my 99attack pretty quickly at Mighty Banshees, and it pays for itself with some profit. Bandits is potentially slower than banshees with a high cost. Never heard of the zombies one.
