Lamo's Barrow guide

I've been asked to make a barrow guide before but never fully got around to it. If people show interest I can make a guide for pures, zerkers, ancients, sally, and slay dart methods. I would also make a written guide as well as a video guide to go along with it If you wanna be able to end barrow runs using 1 ppot and tuna -> Let me know.

If however you DON'T want a barrows guide I'll gladly get this topic closed.

I was meaning to get around to this but I quit my zerker and my new pure is low pray so it's hard to make a guide. :L If I can convince a friend of mine to let me use his account for barrows I'll make it
