Next, go in to your POH, and go to the Elemental Balance and activate it.

 

I stand in this position so that the Elemental Balance is right next to the spell book. That way you can get more experience as you don't have to move your mouse far.

Well, in all honesty, it doesn't even matter what you wear.

 

Because if you splash, you can cast again, and if you successfully stun the Elemental Balance, you can still cast it again.

 

There's no delay for it to recover from being stunned. So you can probably wear anything.

you can also get full iron, including boots (z neck/ranging ammy if u can afford it) and splash skeletons over the wilderness ditch in edgeville (by the bridge to the tunnel to the ge)

 

Also to whoever said that you need -65 magic attack bonus, im pretty sure its -68
