carnage and cpr offer a p2p based atmosphere but TLP does that as well and is the clan for you bud...

I don't think there is a 100% non F2P clan any more. The clans with the most ethicist on p2p are TLP and CPR, as far as im aware all the others are ether equally F2P and P2P or mainly F2P.

 

Oh, check Carnage out, they might be P2P only... No sure tho, they just opened.
