I have made guides on training combat (mainly range) and training agility, but now it's all about one thing: Money making for pures. Now what I mean by this, is that you can make an extremely good amount of money with little or no skills. (Nothing in this guide features a skill at or above lvl 50, and most of the techniques require zero skills). I have made this guide for many reasons, but the main reason is that money guides are extremely popular, but rarely feature facts. In this guide I have experimented with ALL of these ways to make money. I will rate them on cash per hour, and I will state the prices at the time of the market, as prices change constantly. I cant change prices every time they change, but I'll do it once a month. Also, you'll notice that there are other ways to rate the money making techniques, I'll explain all of them. -Cash per Hour (Rated based on how much money you'll make in an hour) -Startup Money Needed: (Given money and information on what you'll need to start up) -Skill Requirements: (Tells you what skills you'll need) -Ways to improve production: (Gives you tips on what will help improve your money making per hour, such as equipment, quests, etc.) -Overall rating: (An overview of what is good and bad about this place. At the end I will give a rating from 0-10) Also, you'll notice in the table of contents and the section title it will have one of the three tags. -Free (Effective mainly for a Free server) -Members (Can only be done on a Members server) -Both (Can be done on both types) [2.0] Collecting Collecting is the most basic form of obtaining money besides just finding money off the ground and picking it up. Collecting requires zero skills and is the foundation to many skills. The only downside to collecting is that it can be done by everyone. With such a high amount of people who can collect, the prices go down. NOTE: It is always beneficial to go to a 1900+ person world, as the respawn time is quicker. [2.1] Flax (Members) Flax is the classic collecting item. Ever since the days of RS Classic, this has been a low-level staple in money making. All it requires is a members account. Start at the Seers Village bank. Run down to the flax field, pick 28 flax, bank, and repeat. Cash per Hour: 100k – 130k per hour -28 flax = 1:10-1:30 -1120-1440 flax picked in an hour Startup Money Needed: N/A Skill Requirements: N/A Ways to improve production: Any amount of agility levels will help. Boots of lightness and a spottier cape to lighten the load will also help. Overall rating: This will always be a viable source of income for your RS career. Fletching is easily one of the top 3 most popular non-combat skills to train and because of that bowstrings (and therefore flax) are in high demand. This option requires 0 skills and 0 start up money. The only issue is that if you want to maximize potential you need to pay attention. [2.2] Seaweed (Both) Seaweed is the foundation to glassblowing, a staple in crafting. Though not as popular as it used to be, glassblowing is still an important option in crafting, and therefore crafters need supplies. Seaweed is somewhat a pain to collect, so the prices are pretty decent compared to most items that one would collect. You start in Draynor, and begin running towards Port Sarim. There you will find the Monks of Entrana, ask them to board the ship (free of charge) and then you'll be at Entrana. NOTE: You should not be wearing any armor or weapons, if you are they will not let you in Entrana. Once you are on Entrana, head towards the Northwest side of the island. There are 10 seaweed spawns, 8 of which you can pick. (Green circles are pickable, Red are not) Pick them until you have a fill inventory, and then head back. Cash per Hour: -28 = 6:40-7:30 -240-260 per hour Startup Money Needed: N/A Skill Requirements: N/A Ways to improve production: Any amount of agility levels will help. Boots of lightness and a spottier cape to lighten the load will also help. Overall rating: This place is pretty bad for collecting. Even if you had Amulets of Glory to use you probably would still not break 100k per hour. 3/10 [2.3] Potatoes (Members) One of the virtually unknown collecting ventures is potatoes. They sell higher than flax, and they are used in a lot of areas in cooking. Start in Ardougne bank and head north to the potato field. You should have empty sacks in your inventory. I prefer to have 18, but 23 works as well. Then proceed to pick potatoes and fill the empty sacks. Bank, then repeat. Cash per Hour: 126.5k – 132k per hour -180 potatoes= 8:30-8:50 -1220-1270 potatoes per hour Startup Money Needed: 14k (1k empty sacks) Skill Requirements: N/A Ways to improve production: Any amount of agility levels will help. Boots of lightness and a spottier cape to lighten the load will also help. Overall rating: In my opinion this is a better option than flax. More potatoes per hour, more cash per thing you pick, and more cash per hour overall. This is not popular at all, which is always a good indicator on what you choose. [2.4] Cooking Guild Supplies (Free) This is a very unique and under-utilized way of collecting. There are many valuable things in the Cooking Guild that can be collected and sold pretty easily. These items are (Ordered by most expensive to least): Cooking Apples, Grapes, Chocolate Bars (Which can be turned into chocolate dust with a mortar and pestle), Jugs. All of these spawn in the Cooking Guild and as long as you go by my order you should spend no time waiting. Now, the requirements are very simple: 32 Cooking and a Chef's Hat. You must start in Varrock. Now once your there you must follow this order: 1. First Floor (Pick up chocolate bar) 2. Second Floor (Pick up Cooking Apples) 3. Third Floor (Pick up Cooking Apple, Grape, Jug is optional) 4. Go Down to First Floor 5. Repeat NOTE: The reason the Jug is optional is that if you pick up the jug you'll get your run done quicker but you won't make as much money per run. I did the math and the cash is almost identical, so personally I wouldn't pick up the jug since you have to rely on 4 items being bought in the GE instead of 3. First Floor: Second Floor: Third Floor: Cash per Hour: 100k-120k -1 Run=4:00 Startup Money Needed: Less than 1k. (If you need to buy the Chef's hat) Skill Requirements: 32 Cooking. Ways to improve production: If you are a member you can grind up the Chocolate bars into Chocolate Dust which improves your profit by around 50 gp per bar. If you have completed Varrock's Achievement Diary you can use the bank inside the Cooking Guild. This will improve each run by around 40-50 seconds. Overall rating: 7/10 Not an incredible amount of money per hour but in terms of collecting its right up there with Potatoes or Flax. [2.5] Toad's Legs (Members) Toad's legs are a second ingredient for herblorists. They are extremely easy to obtain. It requires 5 agility to get over the agility shortcut. Go over the crumbling wall shortcut. Step 1. Grab the Swamp Toads from the 3 spawns. Step 2. Rip off the legs. Step 3. Repeat Cash per Hour: 60-70k -1 Run=8:30 Startup Money Needed: 0 Skill Requirements: 5 Agility Ways to improve production: Nothing really improves this. Beast of burden maybe but that's about it. Overall rating: 4/10 Not a great source of making cash. There are much better ways. [2.6] Snape Grass (Free) Snape Grass is a second ingredient for prayer potions. Bring a staff of air and teleport runes to Falador. Stand there and take the two spawns. Cash per Hour: 130-140k -1 Run=4:30 Startup Money Needed: Enough for law runes, around 20k. Skill Requirements: 37 Magic for the Falador teleport. Ways to improve production: Nothing really improves this. Beast of burden maybe but that's about it. Overall rating: 8/10 Best collecting method so far. There are other better methods to making money but this is a great way to start up. [3.0] Churning Churning has become a very viable money making option in the recent time. Churning is the process of taking milk and thickening it to other dairy products. In RS these dairy products are pretty expensive and therefore a good thing to make. The only good place to churn is in Yanille. [3.1] Cream (Members) Cream is quicker than butter and therefore cheaper. Cash per Hour: 211k-237.5k per hour -28 = 3:20-3:30 -480-540 per hour Startup Money Needed: 109k (1k buckets of milk) Skill Requirements: 21 cooking Ways to improve production: Higher cooking levels make you churn quicker, though its very slight. Overall rating: 10/10 Incredible amount of money per hour. Cream and butter are basically the same thing overall, and it's your preference on what you want to do. [3.2] Butter (Members) Cash per Hour: 224k-237.5k -28 = 5:50-6:10 -272-288 per hour Startup Money Needed: 109k (1k buckets of milk) Skill Requirements: 38 cooking Ways to improve production: Higher cooking levels make you churn quicker, though its very slight. Overall rating: 10/10 Incredible amount of money per hour. Cream and butter are basically the same thing overall, and it's your preference on what you want to do. [4.0] Oak Planks (Both) Oak planks are the foundation in construction. The art of power construction requires oak planks for most of the time, and therefore oak planks are in high demand. This one takes the most start up money by far. Cash per Hour: 267k-336k per hour (567k-636k if you don't factor in costs) -56 = 3:10-3:30 -960-1061 Startup Money Needed: 300k. (50k for 1k oak logs, 250k for construction fee) Skill Requirements: N/A Ways to improve production: Any amount of agility levels will help. Boots of lightness and a spottier cape to lighten the load will also help. This one has the highest emphasis on your agility level. Overall Rating: 10/10 Not a high start up cost and an incredible amount of cash per hour. Incredible. Unfortunately it requires a lot of attention. [5.0] Bowstrings (Members) One of the classic ways to make money is bowstrings. To create bowstrings you spin flax at a spinning wheel. Cash per Hour: 97k-102k per hour (195-200k per hour if you didn't buy the flax) -56 bowstrings = 2:50 -1185 per hour Startup Money Needed: 100k. 1K flax costs around 100k. Skill Requirements: 10 crafting Ways to improve production: Any amount of agility levels will help. Boots of lightness and a spottier cape to lighten the load will also help. Overall Rating: 6/10 It's a solid way to get cash, though definitely not the best. Though this way is great for low level crafting experience and it definitely requires little attention. [6.0] Swamp Lizards (Members) Catching swamp lizards is a pretty simple task that is turning into one of the greatest ways to make money. Make sure to bring 2 Small Fishing Nets and 2 ropes. (3 if you have 40+ hunting) NOTE: Small fishing nets are the only nets that work. Big fishing nets do not work. NOTE: It is always beneficial to go to a 1900+ person world, as the respawn time is quicker. Start at Canifis bank and just follow the map to the spot. There are 3 "Young Trees" you can use for hunting, I prefer the north and south one over the west one, though at 40+ hunting you will use all 3. Cash per Hour: 180-220k (29-39 hunting) 300-350k (40+ hunting) -24 swamp lizards = 8:45-12:00 (29-39 hunting) -120-147 per hour -22 swamp lizards = 5:30-6:30 (40+ hunting) -203-240 per hour Startup Money Needed: 1k. (For small nets/ropes. You only need 2-3) Skill Requirements: 29 hunting to hunt them. 40+ hunting to be able to put down 3+ traps. Ways to improve production: Any amount of agility levels will help. Boots of lightness and a spottier cape to lighten the load will also help. This one has the highest emphasis on your agility level. This helps in the run restore during banking. Also, higher hunting seems to help get the lizards. Overall Rating: 10/10. This is an incredible way to make money. Not only are you getting 300k+ an hour, but you are getting some solid hunting experience 18-22k at hunting levels 29-39, but 31k-37k experience per hour at 40+. The only downside is that you have to pay attention almost constantly, especially at 40+. [7.0] Gold Crafting Gold Crafting is the process of taking gold bars and crafting them (at a furnace, with the proper mould) into various jewelry. The best way to do this is by buying gold bars (not ores, 3 times as expensive) and then heading down to Al Kharid to craft all day. [7.1] Gold Rings/Necklaces (Free) Rings require a ring mould and necklaces require a necklace mould. You can head to the crafting shop in al kharid or you can just get it at the GE. Anyways grab 27 bars and the proper mould and then craft until your done. Sell buy more bars and repeat. The reason I suggest rings and or necklaces is that the prices fluctuate and sometimes rings are more expensive than necklaces or vice versa. You choose the highest priced item and then craft that. NOTE: It takes 48.75-49.5 seconds to mould all the bars into rings/necklaces. Use this time to afk if needed. Cash per Hour: 80-100k per hour (240-260k per hour without costs) -216 gold rings/necklaces=10:00 -1296 per hour=240-260k per hour Startup Money Needed: 1296 Gold Bars=162k This is for one hours production Skill Requirements: 5 Crafting for Rings, 6 Crafting for Necklaces Ways to improve production: Nothing really improves this. Even with 1 agility you seem to have enough to run to run back and forth between furnace and bank. Overall Rating: 7/10. This is an incredibly easy way to make money and gain good crafting experience (25-32k per hour) especially for the low level requirements. The profit margin isn't fantastic but it requires almost 0 concentration. [7.2] Gold Amulets (Members) Amulets require an amulet mould. You can head to the crafting shop in al kharid or you can just get it at the GE. Anyways grab 27 bars and the proper mould and then craft until your done. Sell buy more bars and repeat. NOTE: It takes 48.75-49.5 seconds to mould all the bars into rings/necklaces. Use this time to afk if needed. Cash per Hour: 85-105k per hour (245-265k per hour without costs) -216 gold bracelets=10:00 -1296 per hour=240-260k per hour Startup Money Needed: 1296 Gold Bars=162k This is for one hours production Skill Requirements: 7 Crafting for bracelets Ways to improve production: Nothing really improves this. [8.0] Wines of Zamorak (Free) Wine of Zamorak is a secondary ingredient that is unique because it spawns in free world. Up at the Chaos temple it is possible to collect them, as long you have 33 magic. (37 required for teleport) NOTE: It is always beneficial to go to a 1900+ person world, as the respawn time is quicker. Head up to Chaos Temple. If you have 1 agility go to the musician and rest up first. (Trust me it helps) This should be your inventory. + The Staff of air. The one water rune is for the teleport back to Falador. (It saves at least... 50-60 seconds, which is well worth one wine of zamorak. NOTE: It takes 26-28 seconds for a wine to respawn. Cash per Hour: 100-120k per hour (140k-160k per hour without costs) -26 wines of zamorak=13:30 -115-120 per hour Startup Money Needed: 40k will get you enough law runes for one hour and to buy a staff of air if needed. Skill Requirements: 37 magic for falador teleport and telekenetic grab. Ways to improve production: Nothing really improves this. Even with 1 agility you seem to have enough to run to run back and forth between bank and chaos temple. And if not it adds maybe... ten seconds. If you can weigh as little as possible. Overall Rating: 8/10. Great magic experience and you never need to pay attention. [9.0] Soft Clay (Free) Soft clay is the main ingredient in making teleportation tablets. You make it by pouring water on clay. The best way to get water is buy buying buckets... preferably buckets of water, but if they don't that's fine. This is the best place to fill up your buckets. Cash per Hour: 330k-370k per hour (If you bought buckets of water) 190-220k per hour (if you fill up the buckets manually) -2520 Soft Clays per hour -2520 buckets of water in 45 minutes. Startup Money Needed: 200k. 1k buckets and 1k clays. Skill Requirements: N/A Ways to improve production: Nothing really improves this. Overall Rating: 10/10. This is incredible money for both servers. If you buy buckets of water its even better. [10.0] Iron Mining Iron mining is one of the oldest ways of making money. Iron is used in many different skills and will always be needed. [10.1]Varrock Iron Mining (Free) Start in Varrock East bank. Use the 3 iron rocks. Cash per Hour: 75-90k 4:00 for a run Startup Money Needed: Enough for a pickaxe Skill Requirements: 15 Mining Ways to improve production: Higher mining and higher agility will help immensely. Overall rating: 7/10. Aight cash, great xp per hour. Your developing a skill and its average cash per hour. [10.1]Taverley Mining (Members) Use the 3 iron rocks. Cash per Hour: 85-100k 3:30 for a run Startup Money Needed: Enough for a pickaxe Skill Requirements: 15 Mining Ways to improve production: Higher mining and higher agility will help immensely. Overall rating: 6/10. Aight cash, great xp per hour. Your developing a skill and its average cash per hour. Worse for members. [8.0] Coming Soon Eventually I'll check up on other ways to make cash on a low level. If you have any original suggestions post em here. -Rune/Pure Essence -FoG -Mort Myre Fungi -Store Raiding -Combat section -Air Orb Alching -Herb Farming

* Text on image: #Jew in one part, and the other part is "Bagels Beware" * Specific Images (links must be supplied !): http://www.countryliving.com/cm/countryliv...es/bagel-de.gif http://www.theunticket.com/wp-content/uplo...-nestor-jew.jpg * Colour Scheme: Uh just Blue text... I guess. * Size (in pixels): About the same as the bagel pic. If you need to crop it afterwards... no big. * Animations: It'd be REALLY cool if you could just cut out the head of the rabbi in the pic, and then have him peering over the side of the orange juice (shrink the head obviously), and the animation would be him slowly peering over the side of the OJ. So he starts behind the OJ, and you can't see him. And then you see him slowly moving out behind the OJ and so he's looking directly at the bagels. * Things to avoid (what you don't want in your image): If you can't do the animation, here's what I want. "#Jew" in one spot... like top left. Then have the rabbi head peering over the side of the OJ, looking at the bagels. And then wherever there is room... put "Bagels Beware" in blue. If you can do animations... it's the same thing but the rabbi head peers over the OJ, and then bagels beware flashes when his head appears. Oh and I guess I wasn't clear on this... the rabbi head should be small, like small compared to the pitcher of OJ.

:pirate: Yarr, because in this bubble there be :bunny: and  dancing all day for our amusement. And our official language be pirate talk. Oh and Yo ** Yo ** **** Johnny Depp.
-
Who the **** is that? Looks like my first Jew girlfriend haha... except the gif is a hotter version of my gf.
-
Haha unfortunately no matter how good you guys are your going to hear this every single mini... because in a mini a 101 can turn the tides of the fight. I'm not saying its wrong, more power to Sef for having such a good account, but if you don't expect some backlash your naive. Good job EOD, you have strong organization in minis... I wonder if that'll transfer over when you have bigger numbers.
-
I demand a .gif with a Jew in it to commemorate Chanukah. NOW Keith, NOW.
-
Really? Someone gave me the impression I was the first one... oh well. I MADE IT COOL.
-
Anyone who is going to criticize Sefket... I'm someone who knows him very well and has been annoyed with a lot of decisions he has made. I know above all he's really passionate about whatever he goes into and if you want a leader who will give his all into a clan this is definitely the one for you. I guarantee if you join this clan he will want greatness more than you do.
-
Let the record show I was the first to make the really stupid VD=Venereal Disease joke, back in the original VD. All hail me.
-
Looks like the odds were stacked a bit against em since Sef was like 30 cb lvls higher haha, but hey ya'll won and looks like won easily with solid organization so gj.
-
I'm a sucker for old school... FOE TH v FL f2p
-
Good times in TH. :D But I think the answer is p2p. You have a lot more to worry about as a p2per, and there's a much higher variety of outcomes that can happen in p2p. In f2p its basically the same story everyday. Whoever brings the most peeps will win 95% of the time, at least in this "era" of clans. In what pug was describing was a different time, a time where organization truly affected every battle and no one was really sure who would win. Now its pretty cut and dry of what is happening, which I think is sad.
-
Wow ROT's sucked ass haha. Whoever was singing it is a ******* robot... no inflection in his voice whatsoever. He sounded Asian too haha.
