Lol. This is the exact kind of sh1t that is making our community fail. The community is small enough - Why the hell are we splitting up? Doesn't make sense to me. All this unnecessary drama is honestly enough to make any typical run of the mill pure quit or get def. Ingame hype is okay at times- but DDoSing, hacking, blatant trolling to the point of annoyance and going out of your way to fu<k each other over isn't exactly something people want to be a part of. From a neutral standpoint I hold nothing against PW at all and I will not stop posting on it. The purpose of the Red vs Blue event was supposed to be for fun and for the sake of demonstrating a sense of "unity" within the pure community. I wouldn't have given a rats ass if I died 9000 times or lost in the end because seriously the event was FUN - My clan and I had a blast. Seriously who gives a fu<k if Red or Blue wins? Sure it's some e-fame alrightt but at the end of the day you spent x hours having FUN OVER THE INTERWEBZ. - and for the sake of it all stop baiting/rubbing it in/gloating and just suck it up. People are still going haywire over a fun community event where everybody was just supposed to mingle a bit. I've been lurking long enough to fairly judge the staff on these forums and the majority of the time they are pretty fair and neutral and I completely understand WHY they do some things. Because if I were in their shoes I would've done the same blasted thing too. Really modding the forums isn't A PRIVILEGE folks - it's a huge pain in the ass, and of all people I would expect every hard working rank of each respective clan to understand this implication. Constantly deleting posts and keeping the faqqotry level low is a chore, just like how you have to go out of your way to organize your own forums and your own IRC's or whatever. Seriously who would want to hunch of their monitors scrutinizing every single little post and taking a good 20-30 seconds of your life deciding if it is worthy or not for public read - simply just keeping the forums tidy is a job. I'd much rather be relaxing or fapping. Surely Mark is a TAD biased but in all honesty folks - if you're repping a clan and you have passion for it - clearly you're going to do something about the slandering/spam and whanot. Ultimately it's really all overeacting to the point of retardation. Just seriously: Why? Sure it might be paranoia or some other unknown mental illness but I believe in Karma - Not everybody in the world is out there to get you for no given reason whatsoever. "AMG MY IPZ G0T L34KZ0RS I AM L1EK GOING TO GEETT D055SED AMG!11ONE1!1one!. Honestly if you haven't cause sh1t for no reason or have done anything classified as "on the whole" unnecessary, then why worry? Sure you get the typical jack ass who shows up once in awhile who goes out of his way to p1ss you off - but if you don't have the tolerance to just say: "whatever" and move on then you shouldn't even be here reading this post on these forums. Seeing people and p1ss each other off for no reason - Like I've stated above: sure it's the internet but everybody spends "real" time on all of this - and it's truly depressing for people to devalue themselves and what everybody else has worked for. In the long run - this is definitely going to hurt if people don't start sucking sh1t up - because overall it's just an aspect of life which you have to accept sooner or later. And believe me when I say this: I'm not trying to be some cool e-web peace keeper by typing this all. I'm typing all this because I do care about the relationships, perspectives and happenings within this community. Nobody is asking you all to hold hands and sing kumbaya together though - just a little sliver or semi-balance of respect and it'll definitely go a long way. Please get a grip folks - stop trying to be such a hard asses over the interwebz - it just puts everyone in a foul mood and it makes you look like a retard, enjoy while it lasts and make the best out of it. On Saturday 9th 2010 - The Yellow Lollipop Farmers went forth on our epic journey of manhood to destroy the one ring of mass destruction of the universe. Leading our fellowship was Duval the Gray who some say is like a beacon of light - hope some may call him... Not really but we peaked at 53 furry manly hobbits and ended after 4 hours of combat. And after various skirmishes with CP, CX, and Z we ended the bountiful trip with a solid 27 sweaty furry folk - all whom proved by the end of the day that we all have no lives because we can play this game for so long. Gf. Also a wise Asian man once said: "The Power of Friendship can overcome any obstacle in life." - Furious. P.S. Yes - there are going to be a massive amount of pictures. So 56kers beware. Being hyped and pumped up for today's special event: The Eruption of Chaotic Crimson Fatalishlishly Complex Heartless Exiled Menaceful Fearless Hobbits vs The Last Ownage Corrupt Intensely Exclusive Carnivorous Zenithilic Fairies AKA Red vs Blue Red Starting: ~300 Blue Starting: ~300 Summarizing Ch's point of view in the battle: Our goal was to work as a unit but follow up on our fellow comrades (EoPCPRFIetcetcetc) - We held territory and pushed effectively throughout the ENTIRE fight and returned til we were poorer than the noobies that spawn in Lumbridge. We were initially rushed by Blue but turned right back around and bullied them around literally killing all of the people idiotic enough to step into The Shire (The forge at Red Spider Village). Being a bit taken aback by the abrupt rush a few of Red Team dropped, but we quickly established a chain of command via EoP's calling and wired their calling to our own respective interwebz speaking server. The fight went back and forth within the forge area until Blue team scattered around the center of spider village. We then converged onto the Blue caped Faries with our scimitars of friendship and faith; annihilating and destroying all entities. Another 15 minutes of carnage ensued and the fight moved south into the trees where we steadily forced team Blue west into BHB. Word then had it that a secondary battle was going on North-West of Clan Wars. Quickly clearing the stragglers and re groupers we got a primary fall in and re rushed west of the trees. We then had word again that Team Blue were remassing north at around Corp - We promptly killed all Blue in our path once again and charged north, Blue was holding steady ground trying to abuse the terrain as much as possible but our momentum was far too much for them to handle. They were finally pushed back into single zone and completely scattered. The second round of RvB took place at north BH stairs by the lava - Team Blue was defending this time but once again with the manly EoP war cry of justice, truth, and liberty we plowed straight through into Blue Team. We ramboed our way from the edge of Dwarves all the way through the Piper, and the Lava Gap - ultimately resulting with no blue in sight. OT: Red won np. I would like to that the ENTIRE pure community for participating in the event - I would like to give a shout out to the EoP callers; because of THEM - The Red Team's unity with transitions and maneuverability was nothing short of true justice. At the end of the day regardless of crashing and all that gwasing etc, it was still ridiculously fun and I appreciate and thank each and every one of you men who showed up to this event to make it possible. I personally can say: Thanks for the action boys. After the RvB event - With some more lust for blood. The Yellow Lollipop Vampiric Hobbits of mass destruction set off on our own Pk trip - peaking at 37. We had a scheduled PKRI against CX and planned the fight with them at the Maze Chaotic vs Complexity vs Corrupt Pures Ch: 37/28 Cx: 38/0 Cp: 35/0 The fight started off with quick piles and very good tanking from both sides - and steady territory hold. With our mass binds the fight shifted into our favor until a hoard of white dots rushed in - Liek amg CP crahs0rz! Keeping our cool and revealing our inner manliness we quickly got the message to CX to turn around on the crashers and slowly turned the tide - working as a unit and turning pixelated people into pixelated piles of items on the floor. Within time and having organization on our side we pushed CP out into the open area by the Tree Gate Hill and eventually cleared them hunting them all the way to GDZ. Our next fight took place at the Chaos Altar - We scheduled a fight against Zenith and the fight took off with consistent piling and mass spamming once again. We positioned ourselves around the altar.... Until CP crashed our fight again We once again revealed our inner Asian powers, and using the intimidating calculations and formulas that revolve around the law and secrets of Narnia - Zenith and ourselves turned around to finally end off CP, pushing and bullying them all the way to BHB. Ch:29/25 Zenith: 30/22 Cp:33/0 Our final fight of the day was another scheduled PKRI with Zenith. Having similar opts and similar levels Chaotic was defending the west side of Sperm Hill whilst Zenith Charged. The fight went on for a good 3 minutes before anybody really started to drop - Then with numbers in our favor we eventually cleared them forcing the remaining Zenithian survivors into CLW.
